What is Office 365 Education?
Microsoft Office 365 Education is a service that enables access to a suite of Office 365 online cloud products, as well as download and install of the full Office Productivity Suite, 包括文字, Excel, 演示文稿, OneNote, 和更多的. The download can be made available on up to 5 personal devices.

All active students, faculty and staff are eligible for the online version of Office 365 and the full Office Productivity Suite.
教师 Emeritus are eligible for the online version of Office 365. They may also subscribe for the downloadable Productivity Suite with a 30% discount at http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/workplace-discount-program

To gain access to Microsoft Office 365 Education, please log in at 办公室.奥克兰.edu using your NetID credentials.
If you are unable to access your Microsoft Office 365 account, please go to the NetID Password Manager in order to reset your NetID password.
Your Office 365 Education account will be terminated the same time as your NetID. The account termination guidelines for the NetID accounts can be found on our Access, Accounts and Password Guidelines 页面. At the time of account deletion, all data and information stored in the cloud service will no longer be accessible or recoverable.
教师 and staff are reminded to review Policy #860 Information Security before storing data in cloud services, including any Office 365 Education product. Office 365 Education may be used only for materials and information that are not Confidential, and not covered by HIPAA, FERPA, PHI or other similar regulations. Office 365 should be considered a personal service not suitable for official university or departmental business. Prior to use, please review the posted Security Information.
